Specialist Mental Health & Emotional Wellbeing Support
For individuals, families, and schools — delivered through a clear, tiered model of care.
Who We Support
Individuals, Couples & Families

We provide confidential counselling and psychotherapy to support individuals, couples and families with emotional wellbeing, relationships and life challenges.
Our work is tailored to each person’s needs and delivered in a thoughtful, trauma-informed and compassionate way.
Children, and Young People

We provide thoughtful emotional and mental health support for children and young people, shaped by their age, context and individual needs.
Our work is trauma-aware and relational, and may involve families and schools to promote consistency and wellbeing around the young person.
Schools & Education Leadership

We work with schools and education leadership teams to build thoughtful, confident and sustainable approaches to mental health and wellbeing.
Through consultancy, training and reflective practice, we support leaders to develop staff capability, clear pathways and emotionally healthy systems.

How we Work with Schools
Alongside signposting to appropriate therapeutic support, we support schools and education leaders to develop confident, sustainable approaches to mental health and wellbeing. Through consultancy, training and reflective spaces, we help pastoral and leadership teams strengthen understanding of need, respond proportionately, and develop clear internal pathways and decision-making.
Our work focuses on building staff and leadership capability rather than providing direct intervention, and may include mental health awareness training, leadership development, action learning sets, consultation, and 1:1 coaching or mentoring.
Our Team
Our team includes Integrative and Psychodynamic counsellors, CBT therapists and Psychodynamic and Systemic psychotherapists. We work together as a partnership to ensure that you get the right help, at the right time, from the right person. Start a conversation to find out more about how we work and how we can help.
